We have managed to do over 9700klms around Queensland in 80 days, which means we are back a little earlier than expected. Not many pics from me in this last post, but quite a few from Sue who sent over quite a few with Yvonne or me in them. Our trip probably would not have been possible without the kind help & tolerance from Sue & Mark. Thanks.

There's a last time for everything.

The last morning tea stop at Dalarnil, on the way home. It was acold windy morning, in contrast to the heat in Normanton & on the Cape.

Mt Isa to Longreach via Boulia

 Another week or so has gone by & we are now in Longreach. It is one of the 3 Australian towns we pass through again & again if we want to travel to far western locations, the others being, Port Augusta & Mt Isa. We have taken a small detour to go via Boulia and camped in a vast desolate area that is notorious for sightings of the Min Min light. We camped next to the grave of a 7 year old child & we did have a Min Min encounter.We also went to the dinosaurium near Winton which was quite spectacular & did some stuff at Longreach.
